Updates, news, and construction on your luxury Talbach House condo.
The Talbach House model unit is complete and we want to show it off! We've held a couple open houses and everyone is very excited so units are selling fast. We still have some 1 Bedroom Suites available so call Cory, 581-4576, or Jason, 581-7653 if you are interested in setting up a showing. In the meantime, check out these photos!
The Belmont Cabinets are installed in many of the 1st floor suites. They include soft close drawers and doors with contemporary chrome door hardware. This picture is of the Terra Stone color cabinet. The white quartz countertops will be installed soon.
The patterned end of the building is going to look awesome when its all finished. They will add more dimension with more metal accents, glass railings, and a privacy trellis on every suite.
The solid core doors and white trim are being installed. While taking this picture, the finish carpenters were complaining about these doors being one of the heaviest interior doors they've installed. When they first saw them being delivered, they couldn't figure out why there was commercial grade hinges on them....now they know. There will be contemporary chrome door levers are these doors. This is just an example of the many commercial grade construction materials used at Talbach House Condos.
Elevators are in. Two elevators in the center of the building will service all three levels.
The tile installers are almost through the 1st floor and working up to the second floor soon on the 1 bedroom wing. The 12X24 tiles include a matte finish on the floors and a high gloss on the shower walls for a texture change and easy shower cleaning. The shower will include a rain shower head and a nice glass door. Its hard to tell from this picture, but the vanity cabinet is "floating" on the wall to showcase another great design element of the project.
The wood floors are going in on the 1st floor of the one bedrooms. The first coat of paint is on the walls, tile is in, and cabinets are next. The floors are the same for both the Pradera(warm) and Solane(cool) finish packages. They lighten the room giving the space a more open feel. These floors are installed throughout the kitchen and living room.
The exterior siding panels are being installed giving Talbach House a very contemporary look!
The lobby windows have been installed leaving an inviting space for resident mail and the lounge area. The building will be secured and locked 24/7.
The balcony's are going up throughout the building. There will be a 5'X17' steel and concrete balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floor with glass railings, metal privacy screens and great views. The 1st floor suites will have a concrete patio walking right out to the grass.
Workers are busy installing the steel staircase on the East end of the building. Another staircase will be installed on the North end of the building. Talbach House also includes two elevators and a staircase in the center of the building.
Check out the Talbach House appliance package! Each suite will be enhanced by these top of the line, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. All remaining suites will also include stackable frontload washers and dryers. Click on these links for more information.

You don't see this everyday! The vanity mirrors in Talbach House will be LED backlit; great for your morning or evening routine. Even better, you can connect your phone or device to the built-in bluetooth speakers inside these mirrors! Whatever music genre you're into, this is the way to get ready. One more reason CP House builds cutting edge housing in Bozeman.
The plumbing fixtures will bring these luxury condos all together from the kitchen to the bathrooms.
Here are some images of the bedroom light fixture and pendant lighting above the kitchen islands. The pendants will have a different finish than the picture, but will be the same design. These will have LED bulbs installed and all the "can" lights in the kitchen and living room will be LED fixtures as well.
Talbach House is putting a lot of time and money to provide superior acoustical soundproofing. CPHouse will line all the common "party" walls with 1/2" SoundBoard; which will then be covered by drywall.
Each party wall also has staggered studs with both cavities filled with sound attenuation blanket. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be filled with 1.25" Gypcrete and soundmatt to provide another layer of soundproofing in the floors. The ceilings joist bays will also be filled with insulation and sound attenuation blankets and then two layers of drywall will be mounted to resilient channels. Noise transfer is always a concern for living in a multi-story building, but it's refreshing that Talbach House is going the extra mile to provide a high STC rating for this great project.
The developers have recently upgraded the exterior insulation to include two inches of spray foam polyurethane and 3" of fiberglass batts to give a superior airtight insulation, sound and rigid strength to the building. This will provide a R-24 rated insulation at the exterior walls cavities.
It's 2017 and things are moving right along! As one of the last windows to be installed on the 3rd floor goes in, much of the building is getting plumbing, wiring and insulation.
Carports are up!
This photo is from Suite #312 on the third floor. There are unobstructed views of the Bridger Mountain Range, from the Bozeman pass all the way up Springhill Road. There are also great views of the Montana State University's campus. Suite #312 is offered at $187,250. GO CATS!
The third floor is up and the views are breathtaking. This shot is taken from Suite #313. The snow capped Spanish Peaks are one of the showpiece backdrops to the community of Bozeman. This photo does not give the views justice one bit, but they are stunning. Suite #313 is pending.
New 1 Bedroom floorplans! After a lot of brainstorming and debate, the CP Haus team has added an additional 1 bedroom floorplan to Talbach House Condos. With 625 square feet, an efficient, well thought out floorplan is more important than ever. This new floorplan adds so much well-needed storage.
The powder room is eliminated and a huge master closet is born with the washer/dryer conveniently located within. The full bathroom is accessible through the living area and the bedroom. Both floorplans are available on all three floors.

CP Haus is always looking to improve and perfect. Bitnar Architects and CP Haus just redesigned the exterior of the building. Previously the building was designed with a common rooftop deck with each suite on the 2nd and 3rd floor having a "juliet" style balcony and no outdoor space. The building is now designed with individual balconies adding about 75 square feet of outdoor living space.
The 2nd and 3rd floor balconies will include a glass railing which won't obstruct the crazy views these suites offer.

The framing crew is just finishing up framing the second floor. These pics really showcase how many, and how large the windows will be. They'll be installing the 3rd floor decking this week and begin framing the 3rd floor suites shortly after.
The Talbach crew is busy framing the first floor of the project. The framing already showcases how large of windows these suites are going to have!
